Teaching in Schools

The KIS Learning Management System is a personalized learning system that enables accelerated learning by increasing each student's self-esteem and attention span. The system was originally developed to teach students with autism to learn to read, type and communicate. Testing in public schools showed that the same techniques are very effective in teaching typical students as well as students with other disabilities.

Unlike traditional approaches to learning, the KIS system utilizes a non-linear curriculum coupled with a micro-teaching structure to create an individual optimized learning path for each student. The result is that each student is able to progress at their own pace while feeling a sense of accomplishment notwithstanding any disabilities they may have.
